Light

Flexible polyurethane foams obtained using a continuous method in the process of free foaming in the Nova Flex® technology, with the use of liquid carbon dioxide as a foaming agent. Sold as blocks, boards, fittings and profiles.

They have an apparent density below 22 kg/m3.

INTENDED USE

Padding improving the comfort of use, material for the production of garden furniture, leather-making and household products (washers)

Standard

Flexible polyurethane foams obtained using a continuous method in the process of free foaming without the use of Freon. Sold as blocks, boards, fittings and profiles.

They are distinguished by their apparent density greater than 21 kg/m3.

INTENDED USE (depending on their density)

  • density of 22 an 23 kg/m3– padding of upholstery, backrests, armrests, headrests, etc.
  • density of 25 kg/m3– backrests and padding for elements with springs
  • density of 28 kg/m3– backrest and padding
  • density of 30 kg/m3 and more– basic elements of seats and mattresses

Highly flexible

Flexible polyurethane polyether foams obtained using a continuous method in the process of free foaming without the use of Freon. Sold as blocks, boards, fittings and profiles.

They are characterised by a high level of elasticity improving the comfort of furniture.

INTENDED USE

For the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses characterised by a high level of comfort.

Flame retardant

Flexible polyurethane polyether foams obtained using a continuous method in the process of free foaming without the use of Freon. Sold as blocks, boards, fittings and profiles.

Their parameters and application are similar to those of standard foams. Distinguished by their flame retardant properties. Flame retardant according to the British standard - BS 5852: Part 2: 1982, ignition source 5 (Crib 5).

INTENDED USE

For instance, furniture used in public utility buildings

Highly flexible and flame retardant

Flexible polyurethane polyether foams obtained using a continuous method in the process of free foaming without the use of Freon. Sold as blocks, boards, fittings and profiles. They are characterised by a high level of elasticity improving the comfort of furniture. Flame retardant according to the British standard - BS 5852: Part 2: 1982, ignition source 5 (Crib 5).

Seat foams with improved physical and chemical properties as well as comfort and durability parameters. No solid flame retardants are used in their production.

INTENDED USE

For the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses characterised by a high level of comfort and, at the same time, compliant with the British Crib 5 flame retardancy standard.
